I had only a hopeful hunch about what awaited me in beehive stitches when I first began building them. The simplest way to describe this event is as finding a soul mate, an effortless extension and completion of me. It liberated my creativity. Everything made sense. I discovered a style.

"linguine", pronounced lin-gween, not lin-gwee-nee, is the first piece I crocheted from recycled fabric! This used to be my favourite skirt but it was falling apart from so much love. Now it's a scarf. It is cotton.
